Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Exception: If we notify customers in advance (such as via our website, shop announcement, or social media) that we will be unavailable due to vacation or time away, order processing will resume once we return. Orders placed during this period will be packaged and shipped after processing resumes.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States only.

If we do not ship to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • The carrier

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. 


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
