Do I do returns and exchanges?

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece in my collection is one of a kind and thoughtfully handcrafted. Due to the unique and personal nature of my work, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges once a piece has been purchased. I encourage you to review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order, and I’m always happy to answer questions or provide additional details, photos, or measurements to help you feel confident in your choice.

Will my jewelry rust or turn green?

No, your jewelry will not turn your fingers green or rust. All of my pieces are crafted from genuine sterling silver, which is composed of 92.5% pure silver. Sterling silver is a high-quality, durable metal that will not cause green discoloration or rust. However, it can naturally oxidize or tarnish over time with exposure to air and moisture. To help you care for your jewelry and keep it looking its best, each order includes a jewelry care card with simple tips for cleaning and storage.

If I like a ring design, can I get it resized to my size?

I am unable to resize rings to different sizes, as each one is handcrafted to a specific size. However, I do offer custom jewelry and would love to work with you to create something similar in your size or style preferences. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in collaborating on a custom piece!

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Keep jewelry from getting wet. Please remove before swimming, bathing, showering, or engaging in physical activity.
  • Avoid putting jewelry in contact with harsh cleaners such as bleach, ammonia or chlorine.
  • For optimal care, store your jewelry in a dry, secure place, like a jewelry box.
  • Clean your jewelry by using a soft polishing cloth. Alternatively, you can wash it with warm, soapy water and immediately dry it afterward.

Shipping and delivery

All orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. I currently ship within the United States only. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal delays. All packages are insured in full, it is included in the price of the piece. Do you do repairs?

I do not offer repairs at this time. I recommend taking your piece to a trusted local jeweler if it becomes damaged or needs maintenance.
